APPLICATION AND LEASING NOTES: = Paid applications do not hold the property for you and are NON-REFUNDABLE $40 per adult 18+. To hold the property after all applications are submitted and approved, you must place a deposit binder with us in the form of a money order or cashier's check. Placing a security deposit will take the home off the market for a maximum of 15 days while we wait for your move-in date. If you fail to move in, for any reason of your own, your deposit will not be refunded. = MOVE IN AMOUNTS DUE ON OR BEFORE LEASE SIGNING: Paid applications $40 non-refundable per adult 18+, security deposit, and first months rent. = IF the unit allows pets, there are additional fees as well.
